My company has been working along side Cod Beck Blenders for almost 5 years now training their staff to operate forklift trucks as well as Mobile Elevated Working Platforms (Scissor Lifts). During this time I have seen a huge improvement in their ethos towards ensuring the staff are well trained to deal with the pressures of forklift operations. A large number of their employees are foreign nationals, so naturally there is a language barrier, however the company has assisted my company with translating presentations and question papers into different languages to assist their employees to understand what is being taught better. I look forward to the continued working relationship with Cod Beck Blenders over the next few years.
