Starbucks Coffee

Egg bites were an over priced piece of scrambled egg stuck to the inside of a paper bag, sausage sandwich was dry overcooked and used frozen sausages and of course over priced, after receiving my food , I waited over ten minutes for my coffee they didn't have the correct syrup for the coffee and put an alternative in which was floating around the bottom of the coffee so when I got to the bottom was enough to melt tooth enamel, maybe training may help, the staff appeared to be new and quite nervous , the lady on the til seemed quite pleasant. Over all my first ever visit to Starbucks was disappointing and over priced especially with the GP on coffee. Apart from that it was an amazing place

Filthy tables and floors. Only has one toilet which had toilet paper all over the floor, sink had dirt all around the edging, pipe under sink was leaking all over the floor with no wet floor sign, extractor fan covered in thick dust. It takes 2 mins to do a toilet check and have a quick tidy round. These should be done hourly. Not what you expect when your paying the price you do for their products.

Waited over 20 minutes for a cup of warm milk and a disgusting latte which cost me 8.20, I can't blame the woman making the drinks as she was really overworked, 4 staff were behind the counter, one poor woman was taking drive thru orders through the headset and making all the drinks herself, including the drinks for dine in, yikes. 3 other members of staff I don't really know what they were even doing there, 1 guy was watching a bacon roll spin around in the oven for 5 minutes and another woman was simply placing lids on top of the Cups, Shocking management. The hot chocolate had no chocolate in whatsoever, it was a cup of warm milk, the latte tasted dirty like it was reused coffee grinds.
