Says printer is available for Evri parcels but it is not.

At about 10 45 I spoke to an Asian looking gentleman who told me wait and I will take the evri parcel After 10 min, he attended several customers and ignored me Then he left and gave his place to a woman without passing any information about me waiting clue less there I approached him and reminded him , he then spoke something in a foreign language with the This person I told him that I have been waiting long and no one is attending my task , everyone is coming and going He arrogantly told me we do not do it, come tomorrow I objected why you did not tell me 1st instance, he said do what ever you want I asked his name his he told me his name is something like Then I told I will complaint to the headquarter he said, I dont care and to sarcastically said do you want my telephone number? I objected why you want to give me your telephone number . Tesco must not endanger customers by putting them in contact with such situations
