I have had the best optician experience with the tooting branch. Every member I met in my last 2 visits were extremely polite, pleasant and professional. I think I may have found my favourite opticians locally!

Optician test my prescription incorrectly, tried to return to get it rechecked but Optician refused. Had to go to another branch to get my eyes checked correctly. Very disappointed

Not sure where these five star ratings have come from. Are they authentic reviews? Very rude staff, only after a sale. No patience and they do not listen to the customer, they are unprofessional. I will not be returning!

Really friendly, helped pick out glasses that suited my face. Had a slight issue with the frame since and it was fixed very quickly and without fuss

I have had the best optician experience with the tooting branch.
