Sometimes, one comes across a gem of a place. This gorgeous practice is one of those places. For some reason, although, it is located on a busy high street, Ive never paid much attention to it. My sister told me it was amazing and finally I booked an appointment. Even with my sisters recommendation, it exceeded my expectations. Why? The staff were friendly and put me at ease. The chap who did my eye test (Arun) was kind and informed. He definitely knew his stuff as we chatted about the latest research. He let me take my time and then another member of staff (who was also delightful) helped me choose some glasses. What a marvellous place!!! My eye test was upstairs so do check if you have mobility issues. It had such a lovely ambience too. I was nervous going in but relieved and happy upon my exit. The prices were reasonable and the service wonderful. If you need glasses, this is the place to visit.
