I have been charged 42 for the plumber to come and tell me the toilet is not working. I knew that, I sent him pictures and told them that thats the case. They came back with a quote to change the entire water tank for 500 saying it will take 3-4 hours. Another plumber came and replaced just the broken part not the entire water tank in 30 minutes for 100. The toilet works fine after the change Service: Plumbing fixture installation
