The car park is a SCAM. Read the small writing on the sign carefully. Don't just think it is two hours parking. You have to register your car inside. Otherwise a private company will hound you for 100. Otherwise this is a great place. Friendly staff and good facilities.

Dated equipment needing repairs, nothing new in at least 4 years, other centres like Balham have newer cardio equipment such as Watt bikes, Ski erg and rowers. Would be great to see them there too!
