        My husband and I recently transferred to this practice and have been extremely impressed by the efficiency and courtesy of all the staff, receptionist, physiotherapist, general practitioners etc

        Doctor is great and the only reason I'm staying with this practice because the reception staff are rude and unhelpful.

        Awful reception staff on the phone! She was so rude and she hung up once she finished her sentence and before I could ask anything back.

        Absolutely disgusting Reception no way they can talk properly extremely rude and can't expect any help from them never provide the information in the right way whenever asked. People are calling because they are in need. Even though Doctor and nurses are very nice but the reception is awful. Management should take some decision against them and should keep some nice polite and educated staff.
