Lovely staff including the receptionist who politely helped me book in the appropriate appointments around my schedule. The place is extremely hygienic and Ive always been seen to promptly since I have been coming here. So pleased with my Invisalign results by Dr Keval, would highly recommend!

Worst service I have ever experienced. They had the nerve to cancel my appointment 30 mins before via message. Very unprofessional! Believe the reviews. Appalling service.

I have such faith in this dentist that I travel from Newcastle to see him. Never had any problems with my implants. Guy at reception is very accommodating. If you find a practice you trust then you stay with it.

I decided to come here after not being seen at the dentist for many years, I had a bad experience in the past and it put me off so I had to build up the courage to go. First check up went well. Cleaning and hygiene appointment went well. Booked in for treatment, forts appihtment was canceled on the day via text. No follow up call for appointment. Wasn't able to get through to the dentist to re arrnage another appointment. Ended up leaving a message and someone Called back the next day. Second appointment canceled again this time the day before. I then had to ring back again to re book because reception called me while I was working and I wasn't about to deal with it at that moment in time. Having had two appointments canceled in a row I've decided to take my treatment elsewhere. I don't feel like this dentist cares about customer service or retention. I'm not an NHS patent I'm private and I'd rather take my money elsewhere. Very poor service. Update : Dentist took my deposit. Emailed them for a refund and they haven't responded. Avoid this dentist at all costs
