        Do not use this company ! Absolute joke! I used this company for a deep clean before I moved into my new apartment. They called me an hour before to tell me the cleaner was going to be 2 hours late. I then got a call back saying he was going to be 3 hours late and he arrived 3 hours and 45 minutes later. He said he needed the money straight away. I paid him and went on with my day thinking nothing of it. He didnt deep clean at all. There was dirt and dust everywhere and it still smelt from the previous owner. No cupboards, corners or even the fridge and floor was done. I have been going back and forth for a week now and a women I have been speaking to has said they are not able to offer me a refund after the proof I have sent of the absolute state the cleaner left my flat in. To top it all off, when I came back he had left the front door open and he was gone. Do not use this company.

        SW Cleaners are amazing! They removed stains i have never been able to scrub off , it was really impressive! They were also on time , let me know when they was finishing , coming etc. I would definitely recommend SW Cleaners to anyone who needs carpet cleaned or End Of Tenancy cleans 1000%.
