Do not go here. I have been getting full face threading/waxing combinations for over 15 years and my worst experience ever was here. Firstly the staff are very dismissive of people as they enter and take a ticket to queue for threading. There are no pleasantries and most of the time they continue to have conversations in other languages even if someone is clearly waiting for assistance. Secondly, the lady who did my threading and waxing was awful. She kept going over the same area with wax which ripped my skin on the cheek. She was also very heavy handed with the thread so the next day I had many small cuts all over my face which formed scabs. There are definitely more skilled people at sajna who perform threading and waxing than the one I had but this should not have been allowed to happen. I caution anyone going here as you simply dont know who you will get with the ticketing system and from my experience, I question how well they actually check the skill of their employees
