        Brought a Volvo VC90, nothing wrong with the car bit customer service on the day was shocking. Sat waiting for about 45 minutes and eventually they knowledge us. Then car was poorly prepped, I had to take it for a valet same day I collected the car. This is the most expensive car I've ever brought and the car prep alongside the customer service was the worst one ever seen. Can't imagine they going to be on business for long with that level of treatment. Every single staff member on the day was measurable and moody as if we had done something wrong to them. It was honestly such a weird experience and I've never felt less welcomed in my life.

        Have never bought a car from Cazoo but we have used them for MOT and Service requirements. On all occasions, contact has been excellent, and the jobs have been completed within a good time frame. Prices are also very competitive, and much better than Halfords Autocentre which won't touch with a barge pole anymore after their shambolic booking system. You'll rock up and claim its not on their system! Cazoo you book online then you'll get an email/call confirmation where you can confirm what you need done. I don't think many people know that they do repair/service jobs! Would certainly use again in the future
