        Back in 2019/2020 I did a part time Personal Training course with Freedom PT part time over a 6 month period. More recently, I finished up my level 3 Exercise referral course. For both courses I found them engaging and very easy to learn from - especially the Personal Training level 3 which was taught in person with the top fitness facilities. Ian really knows his stuff and teaches with a passion and in-depth knowledge that you need in order to become successful in this industry. 100% recommend! .
