Terrible place.. avoid like the plague.. I ordered a mixer to be delivered and it never turned up. Branch pretty much told me as I didn't answer the phone call in the morning I didn't get my delivery. I was sorting out my two kids in the morning thats why I missed the call. I wouldn't of ordered a mixer if I didn't want it. You should of just done your job and delivered it. They said I had two failed deliveries 05/11/22 and today 07/11/22 ( not that today is any good anyway ) which is bullshi* Why would you go to someone's address and not call them if they didn't answer the door? Not that I had anyone turn up.. Not only did I not do the concreting, I also lost a days money because of this. Worst experience with a hire company and Terrible customer service. Call centre and branch.

Super easy to hire & pay online, and a warm welcome when I arrived to collect. Machine itself worked a treat. The guys even lifted it in and out of my car for me.

Booked and paid a tower a 5 days ago for delivery this am. Nearly 11am still not arrived. When I call them i am told nothing they can do it will be delivered this afternoon. With my husband having one day off work to do this work which will take a day there is no point. Fuming they cant call me and inform me, its down to the customer to chase. What a joke. Waste of time just dont bother.

Went in to store today as a young women needing a bottle of gas for a bbq. I had no idea what I needed but the guys in the shop were fantastic they googled the bbq I had brought and got the correct gas required for me. As a women walking into a predominantly male environment I did not feel intimidated one bit in fact I was welcomed and was able to have a chat with the guys. They even brought the gas bottle to my car. Thank you soo much definitely recommend.
