        Hi there, you have my number & Ive tried to call 5 times. No communication, no confirmation, if you cant show up - dont accept any bookings. You should be taking your customers more seriously. Because, now this feels illegitimate and extremely unprofessional. Hope this criticism can be considered constructive. Had a lovely chat on the phone while booking the taxis - and think the drivers are superb! but Im disappointed that when I phone and book- the outcome seems like Im dealing with a completely different company. A real let down sadly.

        Double check they have your booking. My husband's car for the station didn't arrive this morning. Had to wake up pretty quick at 5am to drive him myself, and wake up my eldest so he knew what was happening. Said they had lost the booking.

        Called up and ordered a taxi for the next day. After waiting on the day for 10 minutes I called up to check, only to be told there was no booking. Won't use again.
