Today I called to confirm and they have told me 3 different reasons it wasn't booked, first I must have called and spoken to a driver who got it wrong. Then I must have called another company as they don't take bookings and then finally basically insinuated I made it up and hung up.
If I hadn't called to check they could have ruined our NWY. Reading their Google reviews of 2.8 it's absolutely clear why and so many people with a similar experience!
