Vals Clinical Massage and ScarWork Therapy

Val knows her stuff, is very knowledgeable and was able to return me back cycling which I had been missing so much. She is very reassuring and gave me exercises to do along the way, all of which worked very well. Now I am back to cycling after 3 years absence and fit as I ever used to be! Many thanks for all your help Val! Couldnt recommend highly enough!

I found Val through local recommendation and wasn't sure what to expect. Having suffered for a while with scarring and adhesions, Val pinpointed the pain on my first session and worked to help alleviate my symptoms. She is an expert in what she does, very calming and knowledgeable. Looking forward to my next session.

I've just started seeing Val for some relief from a LD flap/mastectomy scar and her technique is powerful. Less is more! I had discomfort & tightness that Val has released this through myofascial massage. She knows exactly where to target & I can honestly say she certainly knows her stuff. Would highly recommend.

I have suffered with chronic neck & back pain for many years. In the last 10 years I have also been plagued with debilitating migraines; for which I have previously had Botox injections under the NHS. I, like so many others have been seen by and had a range of treatments from Osteopaths and Chiropractors over the years. For me these treatments have only ever given me VERY short term relief and I would be counting down the days to my next treatment! My treatments with Val have been quite remarkable. Vals gentle manner, professionalism and experience has meant that in a very short space of time she has, using specific massage techniques, targeted the causes and surrounding areas that are giving me pain. I have had ongoing pain relief following my treatments, with her, and have every confidence and trust in Val.
