Had my watch fixed last month. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude, patronising and miserable when there was a problem. They have a serious lack of communication and tried to openly blame it on me (!!) I needed to go back the following day and I was dreading it. I just wouldn't ever go back here with that kind of experience. It's also overpriced. Avoid

7.95 to push back the back cover of my watch (I changed the battery myself at home). And without guarantee it will work. ??? Unacceptable daylight robbery when everyone is struggling. Keep away. Use the other nearby watch shop. They did it for free + with a smile too -)

I had a key copy made in Tonbridge (Angel walk) branch and unfortunately the new key couldnt go into the lock fully because the new key template had a larger shoulder. I popped back to the branch in Tonbridge and I kindly explained the issue. I also showed pictures on my iPhone, demonstrating how the original key goes into the lock and how the new copy gets stuck. For my surprise, the locksmith was very rude and resistant to help. His first words were that it was not the original key I did explain that I didnt have the original key (it had been lost), but he rudely shouted at me that he cannot fix it without the original key. Finally, when he saw the pictures - it was crystal clear that he can just cut off a bit from the key shoulder - and he did it in few seconds. However when I asked for one more minor correction he just refused. Very rude behaviour, unacceptable for such professional service. I would never go back to this branch.

Fantastic service from Timpson's in Tonbridge. Wayne worked hard to make sure my brother's ring was engraved before he left for university, and my brother was delighted with the engraving results. Very skilled, professional team who go above and beyond. Thank you!
