        The usual one person on the till at lunchtime when there are 11 people waiting in line. Half of them gave up and left, the other half had around a 30 minute wait to be served. Staff are very efficient but just not enough of them and why on earth do they take their lunchbreaks at the busiest time of the day! I'm sure nothing will ever change but still very frustrating.

        I really miss the full on Tonbridge Post Office which resided on its own. Staff were always busy, happy, efficient, clearly proud to do their jobs and very friendly and pleasant. The refurb was excellent and then they shut it down, stripped it of all character, reduced staff and moved the posting service to the back of WH Smith. Staff never seem happy to be there. Its quite awkward. We deserve much better as do they.

        Young male staff were so lazy. Refused to issue any Christmas stamps before Christmas. Had to ask them for everything. Madams in the morning are keepers- do every little deed well. You could do better than this folks.
