        Ismini studios is a great place to go. The teaching is excellent and always interesting and new. Theres a great atmosphere in the studio and Ive been going consistently for years because of the benefit I get from the classes.

        Ismini is a little miracle worker. She got me out of excruciating sciatic back pain that I had had for a long time. I can recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone wanting resolution of chronic pain but wants to avoid surgery or drugs.

        Not only have Isminis classes expertly developed my and my husbands Pilates skills but they have kept us engaged and given us something worthwhile to look forward to each week. This has been particularly important during lockdown where Isminis and her teams teaching and ability to engage over Zoom has been second to none. We are grateful that we found Ismini and her studio!!
