It's one of my best choice that I done in last few years training with Tom McMahon is fun but hard !I can't say how much he helped me for the last 5 month's! I'm stronger and I can keep up with my job and my 3year old son! Such a professional trainer !

I've been training with Tom for almost a year now and really enjoy the workouts Tom plans for me. I started training with Tom not long after I had joined the gym. Since I began training I have put on almost 2 stone in weight with the bulk being muscle. My fitness goals have evolved, as has my training with Tom. Initially, I was working towards running a half marathon and needed some help with building up strength and endurance. I am now working on building more muscle and gaining some weight with the hopes of doing a bodybuilding competition in the future. Tom works with my fitness goals in mind and tailors the sessions with my own training and personal commitments. I would highly recommend Tom if you are looking for personalised and effective personal training sessions!
