Very helpful staff, and when I had a problem with my new pair of glasses the sorted out another pair for me. My new glasses are fine and thanks to the sales staff.

The frame of my verifocal glasses broke. I went to the Tonbridge store only to find out that the model has been made obsolete and couldn't be replaced. This was an unexpected unpleasant surprise as the lenses are really expensive. Jacob was there and have me a tip. He said "why don't you try to find the frame online maybe in eBay?" And he was right!!!; Be frame ordered and received. Then popped in the store and found Jacob once again. Can't thank him enough! In 5', himself with Katrina have swapped the lenses to the new frame and job done! I am grateful! Great service, great support! Thank you Jacob and Katrina. Thank you Specsavers!

Not helpful at all. My 4 year old son managed to scratch his glasses lenses on his glasses that were less than 3 months old! I took them in and they refused to order new lenses without him being present. I explained he has been seen by a private ophthalmologist a week ago and the glasses were checked as being fine but they still refused, leaving my son going to school in his old glasses that are far too small! Thankfully Specsavers T Wells were more helpful and ordered the new lenses by phone and said they would check the glasses fit when we collected them i wouldve understood had the glasses of been years old but the lady that greeted me said no without even checking his details on the system we havent even had them 12 weeks. Will stick with the Tunbridge Wells store in future they were much more helpful and understood the need of a 4 year old and his glasses rather than refusing before even taking any details!
