Came in as cex had sent me there claiming the screen was too loose for them to accept it. The lady in the shop didnt see any issue with the phone but they tightened it for me as best as they could free of charge. Couldnt sell it to cex in the end as the SIM card tray didnt have an IMEI number but still was very happy with how wisely helped me

Use this place at your own risk!!! I had a back glass replaced on an IPhone 12, after less than a week I heard a crack as I pushed it out of the phone case. I found the rear glas had cracked right were my thumb was holding against the phone to push it out the case, which was just under the bottom right of the camera. I used no force at all! I took it back to the shop expecting them to accept responsibility due to faulty screen on poor workmanship on their part, the owner just repeated over and over impact, impact I explained there was no way anything had hit the phone and you could see clear as day the crack was right off the corner of the camera glass, which was fine, I suspect screen was not put in correctly or the product is probably a cheap poor quality version of the glass. Either way, having just spent 80 the weekend before I still think its a warranty issue. Their customer care was non existent. I shall never give them my business again. But I thought Id voice my experience so people know what to expect If they have a problem after a repair. A follow on to this review! The owner called me back after he looked into how long since the work had been done saw it was a week and offered me 30 discount which I am happy to accept, they should maybe up their game on customer care a bit! A little goes a long was sometimes. Thanks

Had mashed banana in the speaker/microphone (don't ask) they got it all cleaned out. Didn't charge me. Great service
