Super customer service and a lovely range of products. There was a short delay on one of the items I ordered but they really went above and beyond to keep me fully updated. Delighted with the items I received too!

Wife tried to return a jumper that was too big and could not obtain a refund. Shop does have changing facilities to try on jumper and were adamant about no refunds. Only given 1 star as it was not possible to leave zero stars. Avoid this shop

Thank you . I needed to match my shoes for a wedding with a new clutch bag, I knew Grace would be the place to go, definitely not disappointed as the time and effort that went into finding me a clutch bag to match my shoes was amazing. After a few bags that were found for me , we found the perfect match. The service and contact from Janice at Grace was second to none . Thank you so much , will def be back .

I made an online order and was really impressed with the personal service I received. I was regularly updated by Janice on the purchase status throughout the whole process and I felt like I was a valued customer. This is a great local shop. I thoroughly recommend a visit or an online browse.
