We recently had our kitchen replaced by Kensington Scott and could not be more delighted with the final product. We are also so impressed at how well the whole process was managed all the way through and the entire experience was much less stressful and disruptive than we had imagined. Everybody that was involved in the process was so professional and approachable and I felt we all worked very well together. Although I had some ideas of my own, the design team led by Jamie had some amazing design ideas and advice. The design incorporated so many excellent features and the whole team really showed so much attention to detail. Mark had some brilliant ideas and helped guide me through the entire process. The fitters were excellent and everything was finished to a very high standard. The actual Kitchen furniture from Mereway is really beautiful and very high quality. All the other tradesmen were all excellent and made the process as good as possible. Mark who was coordinating all the different trades arranged everything so well and there were no delays or issues at all. There were quite a few specialist tradesmen that were required so it was quite a juggle to ensure everything was done in the right order and without delays. The whole thing went to plan and we are so incredibly happy with the results. We would definitely highly recommend Kensington Scott as they did make the entire process enjoyable and we could not have wished for a better experience. The final finished kitchen rebuild was nothing short of brilliant and matched the original ideas and drawings perfectly. This rebuild involved taking out a chimney breast with RSJ insertion on one side and the creation of a 3m gap for a bifold door on the other also requiring an RSJ. The skilled team worked hard to achieve the perfect finish and are a credit to the company. Our only criticisms of Kensington Scott are that we were often unaware of the schedule for the tradesman so were often not prepared for them when they came and response to email contact was slow. Having said that a phone call was a much more effective way of getting in touch and we were always treated with patience and respect. We would recommend them and would certainly use the next time.
