I have found Bluebird care to be very pro-active towards providing the best for their staff and the customers. I have found support at every step and I am confident I can rely on the team I work with. Our carers are highly trained professionals that are always happy to go above and beyond the tasks given to them, tasks that are completed in a friendly and caring manner.

Awful company. They sound good from the beginning. But after starting working for them apart of HUGE mess in the office plus the rota then ,,forgot,, to pay for lots of clients and promised millage and time between clients plus much MUCH more issue honestly much better care agency around. Don't waste time for this one!

Bluebird Care Tonbridge provided live-in care for my mum for 2 years. She was looked after by the same person throughout who had a week off every 6 weeks. This week was covered by other carers from the company who were also competent and by the end the same one or two carers covered the breaks. This consistency of care was a huge help as she suffered from dementia and meeting new people was a struggle plus she was exceedingly frail and needed experienced staff. The management team were very responsive to any changing needs or extra care required. My mums main carer became a good friend to her. They worked effectively with the District Nurses and The Hospice in the Weald enabling my mum to finish her life at home as she had hoped to do,

The staff at the office are very friendly and always happy to help, great Company would definitely recommend it.
