Sussex Beds

A very pleasant experience for me in buying a Mattress from Sussex Beds in Tonbridge , Kent, i was given help and advice by a very nice lady called Karen . She did not try to sell me anything more expensive than i was prepared to pay and allowed me to try out several Mattress's to help me make my decision, I would recommend Sussex Beds to anyone , and i myself was told to visit by a friend of mine who was also a previous customer.

Before I went into the shop at Tonbridge I read the reviews on google and there were so many nice messages about Karen, that I was delighted she was there when I walked in. In short, it was all true. The first mattress I bought was not quite right for me, but I was able to exchange it and while I have only had my new mattress for a few days I am already sleeping much better. What really stood out for me was the amazing customer service. Karen went out of her way to help me, and she did not have to do that at all. I felt really valued and heard. Sussex beds, hold onto this gem! Really lovely delivery guys too. This is what I love about family businesses - there is room for seeing the person. You have restored my faith in the mattress industry (which can be quite disheartening) and I will be coming back - but hopefully not anytime soon :) Bit of advise for other customers shopping around for mattresses: make sure to register the warranty on your new mattress within 14 days. If you can, do it before you walk out of the shop!

We went in to have a look and Karen was so helpful and professional we decided to buy there and then. Can't rate the service high enough, we will happily recommend to anyone.
