Chandlers Roofing Supplies - Tonbridge

We needed a small number of Marley Wessex Tiles which are relatively difficult to find. Chandlers found them. When the roof repair was done 3 months later, the roofer discovered that there was a tiny mismatch imperial/metric, and he couldn't use them. The staff at Chandlers were incredibly helpful, and said they would take them back, I took them in next day and they gave me a full refund back onto my credit card - to my complete surprise. Really great customer service, helpful, friendly, highly recommended.

We were looking for a certain type of ridge tile - Rye branch have also been helpful (is our local branch and used them a lot) and let us know that the Tonbridge branch had these ridge tiles in stock. My partner called in on his way to work in the morning and paid for them and was going to collect after work. He was running a few minutes late due to traffic and got there a couple of minutes after they closed. They kindly put the tiles out the front and the whole team helped to load the car. Above and beyond, friendly and would recommend this branch based on outstanding customer service, thanks again!
