Bracketts

I rented a house with Bracketts a few years ago, it was a great experience. Abbey was always available when needed. Deposit was given back fairly and quickly.

I contacted Bracketts while looking for a flat to rent with my partner following an ad on Rightmove. I spoke to Ruth who carried us through the entire process from enquiry and application up to deposit. Ruth is an asset to the Tonbridge Branch; an excellent agent with great people skills and deep understanding of customer needs. We had an opportunity to meet Wendy and Sandra too, in fact the entire team at Bracketts are friendly, accommodating and understanding. I will certainly be recommending their services and using them again in the future.

No hard sales pitch at first viewing, very approachable during the process and great communication through to completion. Really nice staff and would happily do business with them in the future.
