My suggestions to improve even more would be to 1. offer free car seats for children (currently 5) 2. have a loyalty scheme for frequent travellers.

Perfect communication throughout the end-to-end process, despite the delay in our flights.
The service was professional and our driver Andrei was very welcoming, i could not highly recommend any further.
It should be noted we did our homework on prices, Royal Cars turned out to be 80+ cheaper (both ways, together) than other taxi services we've previously used in the area so we decided to change. You'll get the same quality, if not better!
Would highly recommend and will be back again for Airport transfers!
