Yesterday I popped in at lunchtime to get some Xmas earings,and I was greeted with a very blunt call to sanitise my hands,I didnt see them at first as like a customer coming out said they look like things you sell in the shop,so very hard to see.I chose the earings and passed them to the assistant and she started to wrap them in some brown paper,a younger assistant took my payment,and I said have you got a silver bag as its for a gift and they went to a draw with lots in and put one in the brown paper. The reason I am saying all this is that I was in your shop in Maidstone last Friday and chose a pair of earrings and took it to the counter and the assistant said is for a gift and put them in a lovely silver draw string bag,it was a very pleasant and nice thing to do ,completely different to the experience I got yesterday.
