Lovely staff
Rooms ok, probably be very very hot in summer. Super comfy bed

Firstly the bath was dirty, secondly the room was cold and the heating didnt work.
Then at the end of our stay, we were interrupted by a member of the housekeeping team who decided to enter our room without knocking at 09:10am to clean our room, we were still asleep it wasnt until girlfriend had woke me and said that Someone was in our room. I told the housekeeping lady we were not ready to depart.
However this obviously was sufficient to them and she returned an hour later. My girlfriend opened the door to her, she said are you ready to depart whilst my girlfriend was fresh out the shower. We asked her what time check out was and she said 12. I asked her why she was knocking at half 10 in the morning. She said our room was the last to clean and if we could depart that would be great.
As you can imagine this caused frustration. Whats the point in having a check out time of 12 noon if you are just going to be pestered to check out sooner.
I must say this altered our stay and made it a unpleasant experience due to the fact that she didnt apologise and she kept coming back.
I must say, we wont be returning, furthermore the receptionist in the morning had no compassion to our issue and just said goodbye have a good day.
What a outrageous sense of customer service.
