The staff are efficient and helpful, the breakfasts are generous and the location is excellent - being in the centre of Tonbridge. The management do their best to make the rooms welcoming but are somewhat let down by the old and dated facilities.
The accommodation areas are mostly upstairs (there is no lift). This area is a bit of a rabbit warren with uneven and creaky floors. Walls are thin, so sound from corridors and adjoining room come through. Water pressure is quite low.
