I've always been a Toni and Guy customer, I go try somewhere else but always return. I've now been having my hair done for over a year by Sam, I'm always made to feel welcome, listened to and come out with a decent hairstyle after going in looking like a yeti. I can't imagine using anyone else to do my hair so thank you Sam abd thank you Toni and Guy Service: Hairstyling

I am extremely unhappy with my experience at TONI&GUY Tonbridge. I booked an appointment for a haircut as I was about to go on my honeymoon. The young blonde girl that cut my hair (I believe her name was Ellie) was lovely, but she ruined my hair and self confidence. I gave her a reference picture and she decided to completely ignore it. I asked for a layered bob and I ended up with a straight cut bob above my jawline. When I asked the manager for help he refused as he didnt see what my hair looked like before. I then had to go to a completely different salon in Tonbridge when I got back from holiday to fix their mistakes. Safe to say it COMPLETELY ruined my honeymoon as its all I could think about. It turned what should have been a beautiful memory into a nightmare. All in all I would HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT go to this salon.

This was my first time in this Tony&Guy saloon. Great first impression ,clean black and white design studio. Lovely atmosphere. Many thanks to Evie to cut my hair in excellent professional manner. I'm definitely coming back, highly recommended hair dresser.
