        How to feel unappreciated. Just go there. Down right disgusting service by the people at the door! Can't believe how one in particular spoke about the person they was dealing with. bordered on racism to be honest. I'm presuming their response would be they couldn't understand me anyway. But I sure as hell did halfway down a corridor. To talk to people in that way is downright disrespectful! 2 stars saved by the gentleman who saw me.

        Staff was really rude and unhelpful, we was confused upon entering and the bloke who gave us the introduction wasn't helping us and whenever we awnsered the questions he asked us he replied with a slow and infuriating "right" and even lied to us about having our meeting together saying it was "impossible"
