Staff are rude, abusive and misogynistic. I parked my car in their car park wanting to visit the shop to make an inquiry. As I did so, one of their vans arrived, and the men inside were wildly gesticulating and swearing at me. One man got out and looked like he was about to come after me. I felt extremely intimidated. I went to my car to find I was blocked in and couldnt move. I went into the shop and was spoken to in an extremely derogatory manner. My inquiry was genuine. This was witnessed by the shop assistant next door. I feel inclined to report this to the police as I was left shaking and feeling extremely upset. I suggest people should think twice about visiting this shop. This kind of treatment is totally unacceptable.

Appallingly rude member of staff. Made it very clear that they regarded our job as being too small to be of particular interest, and that if they did proceed the owner would only provide ONE possible date for the job to be done. Of course that was totally impractical. We would need at least a couple of options to organise availability. They obviously didn't like the fact that I pointed that out as they subsequently emailed, rejecting the job. Saying they didn't have the "manpower" - to fit four windows!!!! Luckily I had already engaged another company. Bespoke Tonbridge are unprofessional, and will not survive if they alienate potential customers with this attitude. Avoid them!!
