After losing my mum through some quite traumatic circumstances, the funeral was something I was dreading, however Karen at abbey looked after me so well, she went above and beyond her job role and offered compassion and comfort through every step of the process, I can honestly say that the team here are first class, they have their own mortuary and when they say they will look after your loved on they really do. We also opted to use their recommended minister Gary who also was so kind and patient, he helped me put together our order of service when at times I just felt like I couldnt face it, Gary and Karen helped me through the hardest thing Iv ever had to do and for that I will forever be grateful, Thank you so much to everyone at abbey

Absolutely incredible service from Abbey Funeral Directors from start to finish. The whole team were caring, respectful, thorough and professional, I could not have asked for more, and I can highly recommend them to anyone who wants a send off for their loved one to be nothing but perfect! Thank you again for everything you did for me and my family, I am truly grateful!

Abbey FS Tonbridge was absolutely excellent in every possible aspect with the funeral of a dearly loved one. From the first phone call till a few days after the funeral service, I can only describe the service received as deeply compassionate, supportive, encouraging, respectful and on the day every single matter was attended to with enormous attention to detail, professionalism and help in ensuring it all went smoothly. In particular I would like to thank Karen who was brilliant, kind and provided a truly first class service. Nothing was too much trouble. I am truly blessed to have met her during this difficult and sad time. Thank-you to everyone at Abbey Tonbridge.

From making the initial call to Abbey Funeral Services they made this extremely emotional time so much easier because of the feeling that they are dealing with us as family! Nothing is too much trouble and all we had to do on the day was say goodbye
