Just found out that they are unable to insure my business this year after 4 years of being insured with them. Received an email informing me of this but no reason given. Supporting independent businesses my arse!

Didnt tell us our policy wouldnt auto renew despite it doing so for the past 10 years and it clearly stating in our contract. New insurer they are using is useless - requires police alarms and will not insure against theft until they are installed? Joke company. Went to axa and saved 700 so not all bad I suppose!

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Their customer service is appalling and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Having just found out my insurance won't be renewed after I called up and found out. Then to find out they have known for the last two weeks but didn't think a phone call to someone who has been with them for the last three years was required. Stay away!

I wasn't looking forward to piles of paperwork and hassle when claiming for loss of earnings and freezer connects due to storm Arwen but our handler Emma was brilliant! The whole claim was handled with minium fuss and within a week.
