Total con. Sent invoice which we didn't pay as we had already filled role and then issued a county court claim even though we never actually used their services. Would not recommend steer clear.

The onboarding process was straightforward and staff were very helpful. The quality of the candidates was ok but most never answered when I followed up for a meeting. The team extended the ad many times for Sales Professionals and Business Development managers but I did not successfully recruit anyone as most candidates did not respond The team response to my reports of all failed attempts to hire was Unfortunately we can never guarantee a hire as our service is advertising and we are limited to the candidates who are currently looking Unfortunately, from a business perspective the service returns no ROI and 1000+ in hindsight should have been invested in LinkedIn directly as it would have returned a better result. Great communication from staff but poor result.

Guru over-promised. They claimed to be able to optimise the job posts visibility, but I saw nothing of the sort. The job posting was riddled with spelling errors and grammatical mistakes from the start which I had to frequently correct them on. They claimed to phone interview on my behalf but that never happened. They never followed up regarding candidates, and staff kept quitting during the campaign so nothing got resolved. I bought 2 full job search packages with all the extras, and they found less people than I've done myself by simply posting the positions on job boards, at a fraction of the fee. Honestly, I wish somebody had left a realistic review before I signed up as I feel like I've been ripped off big time. Don't hire them. Do it yourself.
