        I called in for a Doctors note after Pembury Hospital stated that I needed one from my GP, Called and Elaine was pretty much useless. Had a letter from the hospital sent on the 5th (it's now the 17th) and they claim they had nothing from them. Also they won't help me as I am now out of the area, and didn't even give me numbers to the local GP as I am new to this part of the town. Instead she just said "Ask your neighbors." I would rated it 0 stars. But it won't let me.

        Very hard to get appointment, generally running late. Not able to book appointments in advance unless you want to wait 2 months. Have to call on the day at 8am and wait in a que of 30 people to see if you can be seen that day.

        Always seem to be running late. 5 or 10 minutes i would understand oday my appointment is 50 minutes late. I don't feel this is acceptable and needs to change.
