Recently moved back to this surgery and I cannot fault them. Was over number 30 in the calling Q so I pressed 1 for a callback. Within 30 minutes I had a callback from the receptionist, explained a part of my problem and Id spoken to a doctor & had a prescription written out within 1 hour of first contact. Thank you so much!

Terrible and long winded waiting times and ridiculous service would recommend going to a different doctors surgery entirely as your likely to get better service somewhere else

Absolutely disgusting! Was holding on for over a 1hr 15mins, Was caller 1 for 45mins! And then to be told they couldn't actually give me any of the results I was ringing for!! Disgusting service!! They are not care navigators they are jumped up receptionist, care navigators care about the patients but these receptionists find it difficult to even answer their phone which is their job!!

the whole world has gone back to normal but this surgery still will not accept walkin-s to book an appointment so we have to hold on 20 mins in Q just to talk to reception in an attempt to book an appointment. Disgrace

These RECEPTIONIST are hard to be polite to when they are rude and sarcastic and constantly fob you off repeating the same thing call back at 8am. I never get a yes or I can help in anyway ..or to even pass on leave a msg.It is ridiculous and hard not to lose patience with them .every time I need help or support these RECEPTIONIST are NO help whats so ever! which is a shame because the doctors and nurse are more understanding and compassionate in wanting to help. Management should Not Ignore how these old ladies at the desks perform and take calls and talk to distressed patience who are in dire help ! and wonder why patience get aggressive and angry on the phone ..Youd think our way of life and the world we live in todays society would update its choice of stafftraining in managing compassion and respect(as respect is a 2 way street) ,and maybe age appropriate ! I have nothing against the older generation just the rude and incompetent staff at the front desk of this doctors surgery. I asked if they called leave a msg for doctor Rumbles as he was in and fully booked ,as usual and once again I got the same response leading me to lose my call . Good luck to other patience dealing with the same issue as I can sympathise
