        Really helpful, sorted out the right part at a reasonable price within seconds after we'd been given the run around by the charlatans at City Plumbing next door (who were completely unhelpful and dishonest, tried to sell us a much more expensive solution we didn't need). Both staff & the trade customers who happened to be there were happy to offer friendly, useful advice on the plumbing tasks we were facing, offering to let us have spare offcuts of pipe to save us buying a long length we didn't need. Would definitely use again - highly recommend.
