If I could rate it 1 star I would. The cleanliness around the salon is appalling as well as the old fashioned, unclean beds. While this is disappointing, whats worse is the customer service. One member of staff in particular is extremely rude and needs some lessons in customer service, as well as how to talk to her fellow colleagues. Will not return and be a witness to this kind of disrespect. No thank you.

Friendly & helpful staff, have the vertical tanning booths which I really prefer, clean & easy to use

Edit in response to owners response: please do not lie in regards to me. I at no point stated I had plans to anyone nor do I wear heels so please do not lie. Your accusations sum up your salon entirely. I tipped your member of staff because this issues hadnt even come about until the next day. Do not lie about me and do not accuse me falsely. You have messed up and that is the end of it. I have had to seek help from another beauty professional who has backed that this situation was not okay. Just an FYI also I went out on Saturday and wore flip flops. Absolutely disgusting. Had a spray tan done on Friday. The solution was dripping all over my body and I knew something wasnt right. I explained this but was told to just leave it and pat down which I did no difference. Followed all steps properly. By Saturday my hands and feet were completely stained and orange. My nails were stained to the point where I had to book a nail appointment and the tan has peeled my skin. I approached the salon today via messenger and theyve been no help whatsoever. Im still awaiting a refund. Not happy. Service: Tanning
