I had a long overdue visit today, and as always, I am extremely pleased with my hair and the service received. My visit was, unfortunately, at the same time as a baby/toddler who screamed from start to finish. While I appreciate that children need hair cuts too, this child really did not need and was obviously extremely distressed at the entire experience. The barber should've refused to continue, not only for the child but for the sanctity of the other customers.
