        Was let down by another company, but able to pick up snow chains very last minute on the way to the Eurotunnel. Member of staff very helpful on phone and in person.

        Company is a main dealer for Thule products, and my problem with a locked bike carrier and a lost key was very quickly solved. Very good customer service, highly recommended.

        I inadvertently did not put on my order for delivery but for myself to collect from their store. I called them up and within 3 mins we had changed the order for delivery over the phone and the gentleman who helped me could not be nicer and more understanding. I shall definately use this shop again.
