Called up the night before for roof bars and they said they would prepare them for fitting before i came. Turned up the next day and fitted in 5 minutes. Worth the drive from Surrey! Amazing honest service

3 months after the instalation of my towbar I had an issue with the vehicle electrics, specifically with the indicators flashing fast. Polar fitted me in the following morning, it turned out to be a historic Ford fault and nothing to do with the installation I have to say I was really very happy with the whole experience, they repaired the fault free of charge and were willing and very helpful informing me the installation come with a 5 year warranty as standard. I wanted a towbar fitted to my motorhome so I could tow a car behind it. I had great difficulty finding anywhere in the East Sussex/Kent area who could supply or fit one for me, because of where the water tanks are positioned at the back of the vehicle. I called into Kent Towbars to see if they could help. After much work from the owner and especially from Shaun, they were able supply me with a towbar and I can now tow a small car behind my motorhome. I would not hesitate to recommend Kent Towbars to anyone who wanted a towbar fitted to their vehicle
