Having compared many architects and quotes we chose Chan to work on our project. She is incredibly knowledgeable and customer focused. I wanted to fit an island in the kitchen which many architects said its not possible. She really listened to my need and did her best to make things happened. I totally cant cope with those architects who simply tell their clients what to do! Chan was a fresh breeze. Shes patient with me and work with us to get our ideas in our head onto the paper and gave us so many great suggestions. What a joy to work with!

Chan gave us an outstanding service from start to finish with guiding to a design of our extension to presenting us with a meticulous drawing. With her extensive knowledge she gave us incredible support throughout the processes and very responsive to our changes all done in record time. We are extremely happy with our new open plan living. Amazing job. Chan has a good understanding and timeframe of planning permissions. She delivered our house extension project on time and on budget. Also, very responsive and our dream house has been fulfilled by her incredible imagination. We are very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommended !!!
