Adora Birth & Baby

Laurens classes are definitely our favourite baby classes to go to. My son and I have been attending classes since he was 5 weeks old and he loves them. Lauren is able to naturally gauge the room and be attentive to all the babies needs and adapt if necessary. The classes are baby-led which takes the stress away if baby needs fed/cries or simply a cuddle! Were looking forward to our next term of First Steps in January!

Lauren runs fantastic baby classes I've done baby massage and messy play with her, really professional and well thought out to cater for the babies each week. Highly recommended

We used Adora for our antenatal classes. Lauren was an excellent teacher and made the experience very personal and enjoyable. The course was done over 2 hours, once a week, which suited us perfectly opposed to others which were much longer on weekends. We started the course both feeling quite nervous that we didn't know what to expect as first time parents but I must say, with each week that passed, we felt much more confident and a lot calmer about meeting our new arrival. Thank you Lauren for an enjoyable course and for making us feel much more confident. The print out notes and additional links were an added bonus and have come in very useful! :)

Been attending the baby yoga classes with my son and he loves them. Lauren is super friendly and the classes are a lovely with great mums. Wolfie loves the singing and has always a fantastic nap afterwards which is great. We love it so much were going back for another term!

Started going to pregnancy yoga which was very helpful for birth and continued to birth classes and later on for a baby massage classes. Lauren is professional and friendly. Always happy to help and its pleasure to go to her classes. Little man Alfie also enjoyed the baby massage class xx
