Ed retiled my kitchen. I then asked him to use the leftover tiles to retile a toilet. He did both jobs extremely well. He is reliable, clean and efficient. His professional knowledge is excellent and he anticipated and headed off things that I would never have even identified as being a potential problem, such as not being able to lay tiles diagonally because my kitchen floor sloped and it would have made them uneven, pre-identifying the need to cut a hole in a tile so that there was room for fingers to turn off a tap just above it, advising on the colour of grouting because white grouting would not stay white for very long and an off-white colour would be better. He also looked at a leakage problem from a shower in a rental property. He did an immediate emergency repair and then fixed it properly a few days later. I recently got Ed to tile my work space. From start to finish. Ed even helped me with my tile selection. Quick to quote, good breakdown, full communication throughout the job, high cleanliness, maticulous, and the job itself is perfect, I was very apprehensive before having it done with having a bad experience from an extension but Ed has reinstalled my faith all workman arent the same. I would highly recommend and Im hoping to get him back to correct the floor from the extension and get it done properly this time!
