Grab ER Car

Zero *'s. Missed train due to them being 15 minutes late on a Sunday morning. 6.50 fare for 1 mile journey which I thought was steep. Return journey 11.10! Rip off merchants. Conmen of Chessington.

Doesn't exist in Chessington. Very poor service even this company is not in Chessington business centre. Never recommend to anyone. Let me down while came back to UK after 12 hours flight and have to wait for driver 1 hour to pick me from Heathrow.

Very badly let down by these guys. Waited 15 minutes for a cab. Then called them up and was told to wait another 15 minutes. You made me late to my interview.

The most phatetic service from this company ever recieved. I would not even leave 1 star if possible. Absolutely phatetic to book a taxi 8 hours in advance for the car not turn up at all. Called them and they said car will come in 10 mins. After 10 mins the driver was not here. Called again they said sorry 10 mins. I ended up waiting one and half hour with them sending texts every 5 mins that the car is on the way. Thought taxi is on the way and waited. Called again. They promised that they will call back and they never did. Called them at least 10 times and every time was lied to. Car is on the way. The driver will be there in 4 mins. Taxi will be there in 10 mins. At the end I missed my flight. I want to know if they will pay me for my flight now?? Instead of lying and promising that taxi will be there they could have said we are fully booked or whatever but they continued to lie all the way through. I could have used another reliable company and not this circus one. I will never use this company again and I strongly recommend everyone not to use them ever. Never experienced such a horrible and phatetic and service in my life. Avoid at all costs.
